This Privacy Policy explains what information OmniGEO (operated by DX Today and AIXF.ai) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what we need to run your scan, deliver your report, and protect the Service — nothing more.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: business name, website, city, category, competitor name, and your email address when you run a scan; payment details are collected directly by Stripe and never touch our servers. Information collected automatically: your IP address (used solely to enforce fair use limits on free scans) and basic technical logs needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your scan, generate and email your report, process your payment, prevent abuse of free scans, provide customer support, and improve the Service. We may send you transactional email about your scan or purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.

3. Third party processors

To generate your report we send your submitted business details (never your email or payment information) as queries to third party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI, DeepSeek, Z.AI, Moonshot AI, and NVIDIA. We also use Stripe for payment processing, Mailtrap for email delivery, and Base44 for hosting. Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function.

4. Retention

Scan records and generated reports are retained so we can re-deliver your report, provide support, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Contact below).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days. We honor applicable rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.

6. Security

We use industry standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), payment handling exclusively through Stripe, and access controls on our data store. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
