Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying an AI Visibility Report. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued for the $49.95 full report.

1. If your report is not delivered

If you pay and your report fails to generate or never reaches your email, contact us and we will either deliver your report or issue a full refund — your choice. That is unconditional.

2. If you are unhappy with your report

Reports are custom digital goods generated specifically for your business within minutes of purchase, so we cannot offer no questions asked returns the way a physical product would. That said, if you believe your report is defective — for example the scan clearly analyzed the wrong business — email us within 7 days of purchase. We will review every request personally and make it right with a corrected report or a refund.

3. What is not refundable

We cannot refund a delivered, accurate report because the results were lower (or higher) than expected — the report reflects what the AI engines actually said. Duplicate purchases for the same business are refunded automatically upon request.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@dxtoday.com from the email address used at checkout, with your business name and approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
