Terms of Service

Welcome to OmniGEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OmniGEO website and services (the "Service"), operated by DX Today and AIXF.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OmniGEO analyzes how publicly available AI systems describe and recommend a business. We offer a free preview scan and a paid AI Visibility Report priced at $49.95 (one time purchase, pay per report, no recurring charges). Reports are generated automatically from live responses returned by third party AI engines at the time of your scan.

2. Important nature of results

Our reports summarize what third party AI models say about a business. We do not control those models, and their answers can change at any time. Results are a point in time snapshot provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of business outcomes, search rankings, or future AI behavior, and they do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to circumvent scan limits, probe or disrupt the Service, resell scans without our written permission, submit businesses you have no legitimate interest in for harassment purposes, or use automated tools to submit scans at scale.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Your purchase covers one full report for the business submitted at checkout. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the AIXF scoring framework, report design, and site content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchased report is yours to use for your own business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that third party AI engines will be available at any given time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
